When dialing our emergency on-call phone number, you will never reach an answering service or have to wait for a call back. By dialing (713) 999-4102, you will always find a live person to speak to, in your time of need. In most cases, you will find that you are speaking directly to the owner of the company. You need only to explain the type of service you require, the address, the name of your insurance carrier, and our technicians will be on the way. We understand the importance of arriving quickly and treat you in the same manner we would want someone to treat our family in their time of need.
Help will arrive discreetly in unmarked vehicles. Our lead certified technician will provide you with an explanation of what we can do to help you and any details pertaining to any structural or personal property removal. With your approval, we will obtain a signature on the Work Authorization and insurance paperwork. If you do not have insurance, we will provide you with your payment options. In most cases, we invoice homeowners insurance companies directly and there is no out of pocket expense to you.
The technicians on site will initiate the “Three Step Assessment Procedure.” The lead technician will complete the first step, which is complete our Scope of Work and advise all other technicians of the plan of action. Once fifty percent of the work has been completed, the second step in the Three Step Assessment procedure will be conducted. This is called the Mid-Job Review process, this allows the lead technician to review the Scope of Work for accuracy and report any findings such as money, valuable personal items, keys, or paperwork deemed a concern for the family. BioTechs’ technicians are honest and have returned several thousands of dollars to families.
3. Walkthrough & Completion
Once the “Three Step Assessment Procedure,” is completed, the owner of BioTechs or the lead technician will conduct a final walk through to ensure that the family or legal representative is 100% satisfied with the quality of our services. It’s important that we do our job right the first time, because we know that you have many other pressing matters to tend to, and we want to relieve you of as much stress as possible. We do our job right the first time so that you can start the healing process.
Once the receipt of payment is processed, we will send you a Certificate of Completion. This will relieve the property owner, apartment managing company, or business owner of any liability regarding the biohazard cleanup. You will want to keep this for your records for future reference.
4. Follow Up
At BioTechs, the caring of our clients and their families does not end once the job is done. BioTechs works with multiple organizations to offer assistance to the clients, families, or property owners in which we help. A member of the BioTechs staff will consider the situation, and deliver follow up information and resources for the clients, in an effort to assist them with the healing process.
